We built a Robot for USSteel Fairfield works that controlled equipment and processes from a PC. It required heavy industry automation too hot and too unsafe for humans to handle, so built machinery and software to automate the tasks, thus improving the productivity, reducing errors, and making the workplace safer.

The project required real-time control of the manufacturing facility, ability to talk to Level-1, Level-2, and Level-3 systems, statistical process control, alarming and alerting, and reporting.
