We do not have any long term contracts or unfair policies. However, we
enforce the following policies for our employees' and customers' protection.
- Payment is expected promptly upon delivery of service. Diagnosis fees need
to be paid upfront before work can begin.
- Payment for Website hosting, Search Engine Optimization and first
time on-site call need to be pre-paid.
- We charge an interest of 21% on late invoices.
- We are not responsible for customer's data. Customers need to take their
own backups and have confidence that the backups are good.
- Our liability is limited to replacing the equipment with similar equipment
if the fault is caused by our technicians. Not responsible for damage to business, customer's reputation.
- We ensure that your data and records are safe with us. We do not disclose
our customer's names or their business to others unless authorized by the
customer
- We reserve the right to close any account for any reason. We believe that we provide
a fine, reliable, honest service at a fair price, but we don't make the
machines or offer warranties -- they are provided by the respective
manufacturers.
