Our Rates and Pricing

Our pricing is simple to understand.

  • In shop Rate: $95/hour from January 1, 2015
  • Onsite Consulting or Labor Rate: $150/Hour (an additional travel charge may apply)

Checkout our Omnibus Diagnosis! It includes fixing labor!


  • There is a minimum charge of one hour
  • We bill at 15 minute increments after the first hour. We will call and obtain your approval for additional time if it is needed (for carry in customers)
  • Certain types of work (virus removal for example) can take several hours, but we still charge only one hour -- because our technicians are able to multi-task while in shop

Because modern day computer networks are complicated, we regret that we are unable to provide an accurate estimate prior to diagnosis by our technicians. Further, we do not undertake fixed price projects and instead offer Block of Time for customers who want to stabilize their costs of support.
