the same customer site, it is documented in our knowledgebase. This is a very
competitive weapon for us because most problems our customers have, we already
have a solution for them.
The knowledgebase includes a sophisticated search engine, so it only takes a
second for us to retrieve license numbers, warranty information, key-codes or
other important customer data.
It is very common for our customers to call us to retrieve their license
numbers, serial numbers, and key-codes, and we are very happy to oblige.
