We are a team of professionals and we do charge a fee for everything that we do. If you are looking for free help, please do not call us.

Our minimum diagnostic fee is: $85.00 (for carry-in items -- you bring the machine to us *)

No Appointment is Necessary. Please bring your machines to our location. If you are bringing in a laptop, please bring the AC Adapter (power cord) as well.

Diagnosis Fee Includes Repair (up to one hour)!

• Our Diagnosis Fee includes a good faith, professionally conducted diagnosis and repair up to one hour.
• After we open the unit and have a reliable diagnosis, if your issue involves cleaning or a part replacement or assembly the fee covers fixing as well.
• If your computer is infected with a virus or malware, our fee includes virus removal
• If your hard drive has crashed, our diagnosis fee includes its repair or data recovery
• If your hard drive is healthy, our fee can be used to transfer data to a new or different computer
• Diagnosis fee does not include cost of replacement parts (that will be extra; you are welcome to bring your parts)
• Extensive water or fire damage cases require extra work (we will tell you how much during the initial diagnosis)

* Our minimum diagnostic fee for onsite work is: $150.00 (we come to your office; additional travel charge may apply depending on your location).
